The "To Do" List:
1.) Medical Release Forms
Parents will be filling out information that we are required to have on record.. These forms are required by the event sanctioning organizations including the AAU, JVA, or USVA. Please make sure you have health insurance information, including policy number(s), with you.

2.) Liability Forms
Parents will be signing forms acknowledging that playing volleyball incurs risk and releasing the sanctioning organization, host club, and CIViC from liability.
3.) AAU Form
A short easy form allowing us to register and pay for a young lady to belong to the AAU.
4.) Uniform Sizing
Players will be trying on uniform tops and spandex to insure they get a size they are comfortable wearing and parents are comfortable with them wearing.
5.) Parent Meeting
Parents and player hear the details of how CIViC will operate in the coming year and ask any question regarding club volleyball and CIViC.
6.) Payment(s)
Parents will get to make a 1/2 payment or the whole payment for the age group their daughter is playing. Cash, checks, or PayPal are all acceptable.
7.) Meeting Dates
Please enter using the main entrance to Memorial Gym, which is the northeast corner of the building. There will be signs directing you to the cafeteria where we will meet.
The doors will be open 20 minutes prior to the actual meeting time.
