Workouts for the Week of July 13, 2020
1.) Two runs this week. Just like last week - 10 minutes That is it. Comfortable pace. Nothing too difficult.
2.) We are going back to the Wagner Gym on Tuesday evening. Mr. Wagner has been increasing the difficulty. That is a good thing.
3.) We are also going back to the NTC for one 25 minute workout - "All-Out Shoulders & Arms". Browse by Muscle Group. Click on Arms & Shoulders. Scroll down to the 25 minute area of workouts.
I am telling you that the "L sit off the Swing Bridge" and the "Side Kick Through" are killers. That Side Kick Through should not be legal!
