We continue setting records regarding COVID. On January 4 we set a record with 172 deaths. On January 5 we set records for positive cases at 12,960 (recall that as of 12/30 we had never even hit 10,000) and a new record for rate of positive test at 34.2%. We beat those numbers on January 6 with 35.8% of those tested coming back positive, skipped the 13,000 and 14,000 infected and jumped to 15,277, and went triple digits on deaths at 150. It goes without saying, if you feel poorly, stay home. Parents, coaches and players, we are asking politely that you mask up in the building. Coaches and players, you may remove your mask while on court.
